This End-User License Agreement (EULA) governs the license Modoo Today ("Company") grants you for the Minago software ("Software").
1. License Grant
The Company grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software. The license is bound to your device identifier (machine ID).
2. Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, or resell the Software, or extract or reproduce its embedded system prompts or methodology. Mandatory legal exceptions (for example, reverse engineering for interoperability to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law) are not restricted.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the Software (including its embedded system prompts and methodology, but excluding your input materials and Output) belongs to the Company. The Company claims no rights in the Output (.md) you generate; however, the copyrightability and ownership of AI-generated output are determined by applicable law and your creative contribution, and the Company does not warrant that copyright subsists in the Output.
4. No Warranty (AI Output)
The Software is provided "AS IS." The Company does not warrant the accuracy, legality, or fitness of AI-generated output. You are responsible for verifying output before publishing. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law; nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
5. Open-Source Notices
The software embeds open-source fonts and components. Their copyright notices and license texts are listed at Third-Party Licenses.
6. Updates
The software may check for and install digitally signed updates to maintain security and compatibility. Updates below the minimum supported version may be required before continued use; update checks contact only the Company's update endpoint.
7. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Dispute resolution follows the Terms of Service (KCAB arbitration or competent court, at the user's choice).

This EULA applies to individual/consumer users. The Enterprise (offline) trade-secret site license is governed by a separate B2B agreement, not this EULA.
