Terms of Service

1. Acceptance & Eligibility

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Minago software and services provided by Modoo Today ("Company"). By using Minago, you agree to these Terms.

Minago is an adults-only service (18+). You must be at least 18 years old to register or pay. We do not offer a parental-consent flow, and use of the service by minors is prohibited.

2. Service Description

Minago is software that runs on your own device to help you create blog content. Generated output (.md) belongs to you.

How your content is handled:

• The title and source materials you provide, together with your writer's style profile, are passed through our servers to AI model providers so your post can be generated. We do not store your source materials.
• The posts you submit when creating a writer are converted into a style profile that is stored on our servers and deleted when you delete that writer.
• Whichever provider you pick, output quality evaluation always runs on a Google model.
• Finished output is kept in your result library for 90 days so you can retrieve it after switching or reinstalling on another device. It is deleted as soon as you delete it or close your account.

Minago operates in a fully automated manner without any human intervention on the Company's side; you operate the software with your own input to generate output. The Company does not write or provide content on your behalf — it provides a software tool, and a license to use it, that you use to create. Accordingly, you are responsible for the authorship, review, legality, publication, and use of the Output, and you review and verify it before publishing or using it.

3. Accounts & Billing

• Plans and prices are shown on the pricing page in USD, exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly; each month's usage allowance renews and does not carry over.
• A free trial (500 trial Ink, 72 hours, one per account) is provided before paid use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Minago lawfully and not to misrepresent, abuse, or interfere with the service or the rights of others. You retain all rights in your input materials and in the Output you generate; Minago does not host your writing, source materials, or generated Output on our servers (see Section 2).

Copyright complaints. If you believe that content we make available through our website infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support@modoo.today identifying the material and your contact information, with a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized and that your notice is accurate. We respond to valid notices as required by applicable law. This does not constitute, and shall not be construed as, an election of or a representation that we qualify for any statutory safe-harbor regime.

5. Refunds

Refunds and cancellation are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. The Company does not warrant the accuracy or legality of AI-generated output; you are responsible for reviewing output before use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability or rights (including any non-waivable warranties or remedies) that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable mandatory law, including liability for intent or gross negligence; where any limitation in this Section is not permitted by mandatory law applicable to you, that limitation applies only to the extent permitted.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Modoo Today, its officers, and employees from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your content or source materials, your use of the service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in this Section deprives you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country or state of residence that cannot be derogated from by agreement; where such mandatory law applies, it prevails over this Section to the extent of any conflict.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration administered by the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB) in Seoul, or, at the user's option, before the competent Korean courts. Consumers may also use the dispute mediation procedures available under applicable Korean consumer-protection law.

Class action waiver. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, disputes shall be resolved only on an individual basis, and neither you nor the Company will bring or participate in a class, collective, or representative proceeding. This waiver does not apply where prohibited by mandatory law applicable to you; in that case it is severable and the remainder of this Section continues to apply.

Fallback forum. If the agreement to arbitrate before KCAB, or the choice of Korean forum, is held unenforceable or inapplicable to you under mandatory law, that dispute shall instead be resolved by the competent courts of your place of residence under the law those mandatory rules require, and the remainder of these Terms remains in effect.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in advance and take effect on the stated effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or as required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) survive termination.

11. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement regarding the service.
