1. Acceptance & Eligibility
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Minago software and services provided by Modoo Today ("Company"). By using Minago, you agree to these Terms.
Minago is an adults-only service (18+). You must be at least 18 years old to register or pay. We do not offer a parental-consent flow, and use of the service by minors is prohibited.
2. Service Description
Minago is software that runs on your own device to help you create blog content. Your writing and source materials are processed and stored on your device, not on our servers. Generated output (.md) belongs to you.
3. Accounts & Billing
- Plans and prices are shown on the pricing page in USD, exclusive of applicable taxes.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly; each month's usage allowance renews and does not carry over.
- A free trial (one trial post) is provided before paid use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Minago lawfully and not to misrepresent, abuse, or interfere with the service or the rights of others.
5. Refunds
Refunds and cancellation are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. The Company does not warrant the accuracy or legality of AI-generated output; you are responsible for reviewing output before use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable mandatory law (including liability for intent or gross negligence).
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Modoo Today, its officers, and employees from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your content or source materials, your use of the service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration administered by the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB) in Seoul, or, at the user's option, before the competent Korean courts. Consumers may also use the dispute mediation procedures available under applicable Korean consumer protection law.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in advance and take effect on the stated effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or as required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) survive termination.
11. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement regarding the service.
