Modoo Today ("Company") respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with applicable law, including the Republic of Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). This policy describes what we process and why.
1. Data We Process
We process the minimum needed to run the service. Your writing and source materials are processed and stored on your own device and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
- License & usage: device identifier (machine ID)
- Billing: payment details (handled by our payment processor), transaction records
- Support: information you provide when contacting us
2. Purpose & Retention
We retain data only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law, then delete it.
3. Processors & International Transfer
We use cloud infrastructure (e.g., Cloudflare, Inc.) and a payment processor that may store and process data in the United States and other countries. Where personal data is transferred outside your region (for example, outside the EEA/UK), such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards where required, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Your writing and source materials are not transferred — only the data listed in Section 1.
4. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, our legal basis for processing is the performance of our contract with you and our legitimate interest in operating the service, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Under the California CCPA you may opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — we do not sell or share your personal information. Contact support@modoo.today to exercise your rights.
5. Children
Minago is not directed to children under 13 (COPPA), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
