These Subscription Terms govern billing, renewal, and cancellation of Minago subscriptions.
1. Plans & Billing
- Plans and prices are shown on the pricing page in USD, exclusive of applicable taxes.
- Subscriptions renew monthly; each month's usage allowance renews and does not carry over.
2. Auto-Renewal
Your subscription automatically renews and is charged each month until you cancel. We disclose the price and any changes before they take effect.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time, with the same ease as sign-up (via your account/app settings or by contacting support@modoo.today). Cancellation stops future billing; your current month's usage stays until renewal (no carryover). Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. No-Charge Quality Policy
Quality retries, evaluations, and failures do not consume your usage allowance — only one successful passing attempt is counted.
