1. Eligibility
- Before paid use begins (free trial only): you may request a full refund.
- Once paid use begins: subscription charges are non-refundable. Cancelling stops your next charge; your current month's usage stays until renewal (no carryover, no balance refund).
2. Free Trial
A free trial (one trial post) lets you evaluate quality before any paid charge.
3. Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Payment-processor fees and amounts already consumed may be excluded from the refund.
